  • Overview

    The HR Administrative Assistant assists the recruiting team with the full life-cycle recruiting process. Must possess excellent communication skills, be highly people-oriented, organized, dependable, flexible & able to work individually w/minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Should be professional in appearance, good verbal & written communication.


    • Greet and assist visitors and employees in office
    • Answer phones and route to appropriate person if needed
    • Recruit applicants
    • Assist applicants with the application process
    • Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates
    • Drug Screening
    • Conducting Criminal Background Checks & E Verify for new hires
    • Assist with the onboarding process and review new hire paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submitting for processing
    • Assist applicants and employees in a prompt professional manner
    • Assist management with communication and obtaining information with clients, employees, and applicants as needed
    • Assist with data-entry duties as needed
    • Maintain a safe, clean and friendly office environment
    • Other duties as required


    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
    • Education requirements: Associate Degree or relevant work experience
    • Working knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to assist in implementation and troubleshooting of upgrade from paper application/onboarding process to electronic processes.
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills – Customer service skills a must!
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Drug screening and background check
